Faculty, instructional designers, and other people involved in creating Blackboard Learn courses invest substantial time in creating course materials and activities. How do these investments impact student use of Bb Learn, and ultimately, their achievement in these courses? In this presentation, we will discuss research conducted on Course Design using reports drawn from the Blackboard Analytics for Learn application. The analysis categorizes course designs and found significant and surprising relationships that are relevant to all institutions using Blackboard Learn.
